I am detail oriented and take due diligence when it comes to home inspections, property history and reviewing strata documents. If you are buying a condo or a house, I want your investment to be as safe and secure as possible.

I stay connected with my industry and I am obsessed with finding off-market and upcoming listings for my clients, before they hit MLS. I have a good relationships with developers to get you in the door first on pre-sale opportunities.

Buying a home could be the largest transaction of your life, I work with you every step of the way to make sure it is stress free and you feel informed and comfortable. If it takes 5 showings or 500, I take a no pressure approach to helping you find the right home.
6. Follow Up
I don’t stop working after the deal is done. I can help you with any follow-up issues such as recommending and arranging insurance, cleaners and trades.
